We help you create an email that tells the people on your distribution list what's in the FileSet you've created and how to access it.

People on your distribution list use the AllenPort application or website to request your files...

If you have given this person write permission and she modifies the file...

When you modify the file...

...we upload the file and replace the original with the new version. Now anyone accessing the file will get the new version.

Whenever a file in a FileSet changes, we once again help you create an email to notify the distribution list of your changes.
